Weapons of mass destruction - a threat to the entire planet

In our world, the development of science and various advanced technologies is welcomed. But at the same time, the production of weapons is also developing, bringing with it more and more wars and victims. Humanity has learned to release the energy of the atom, on the basis of genetic engineering has developed bacteriological weapons, using outstanding achievements in chemistry, developed chemical weapons, thereby creating a catastrophic danger for the entire planet. Is it precisely the weapon of mass destruction that is the highest aspiration of mankind?

What kind of weapons are these? What is fraught with its further development?

Weapons of mass destruction can destroy all life

weapons of mass destruction
vast territories. It was created and improved during the period of scientific and technological competition between the two superpowers (the USA and the USSR) and became a β€œmasterpiece” and the peak of armament.

  • It strikes with the scale of its action at the meager expenditure of forces, time and money.
  • It affects objects until destruction.
  • In use, counteraction and prevention of destructive action is not possible.
  • After the defeat, restoration and treatment of objects becomes difficult, time-consuming, lengthy, and sometimes impossible.
  • It has a long damaging effect.
  • Regardless of the species, its use is detrimental to the psyche.
  • Using only one set of such weapons, you can destroy a huge number of people.

modern weapons of mass destruction
Weapons of mass destruction are divided into three types - nuclear, chemical, biological. Each of the three species is deadly in its own way.

Nuclear weapons are based on intranuclear energy released during an explosion. When used, a nuclear weapon strikes with a shock wave, penetrating radiation, light radiation and radioactive contamination of the area. After a nuclear explosion, it will take decades to partially restore the ecology. A modified ecosystem will lead to more terrifying consequences.

Chemical weapons of mass destruction are more β€œquiet” than explosive nuclear weapons, but no less dangerous. It acts on the basis of poisonous substances (poisonous gases, liquids, smoke and fog), affecting all life, infecting the area, food and water. And they are divided into:

chemical weapons of mass destruction

  • neuroparalytic;
  • boiling skin;
  • common poisonous;
  • asphyxiating
  • annoying;
  • psychoactive groups.

By bacteriological weapons we mean biological agents - fungi, viruses, bacteria, which are spread by live infected vectors. Such agents are, for example, the causative agents of plague, anthrax, cholera, influenza, malaria, and so on.

Aiming for world domination, humanity has created a weapon of mass

Think about the future of your children!
defeat, faced with an even more difficult problem. Dreaming of quick victories, people forgot about their planet. After all, using their terrifying creation, people kill not only each other, but the entire planet, devastating infinitely large territories and rendering them unusable for further use for the benefit of the human. Modern weapons of mass destruction can be the last "drop" of the destructive effects of man on a fragile environment.

People, think it over! Is this really the future that you are preparing for your descendants?
