A two-serving non-alcoholic mojito recipe boils down to the following.
At home, to prepare a drink you will have to apply imagination and, if necessary, replace some exotic ingredients with those available in our conditions.
For a cocktail you will need:
lemon or lime - 1 piece;
fresh mint - a few large pinch;
tonic - 0.5 liters;
sugar to taste;
ice.
Mint needs to be slightly wrinkled by hands, you can tear it into pieces. Put on the bottom of the glasses. Squeeze half lime into glasses, prepare slices or half rings from the second half.
Pour a little sugar into glasses (the amount is determined strictly according to personal preference: from one to three tablespoons). Place lime slices on top. Directly in glasses you need to knead lime with mint and sugar well.
The remaining space of the glasses is filled with crushed ice. And finally, itβs the turn of the tonic. It can be absolutely any (Sprite, 7Up or Schweppes). Itβs better to choose the one you like best. A few leaves of mint should be put in a cocktail on top as a decoration. Now the cocktail is ready.
