The set of preparations for the summer is not as complicated as it might seem at first glance. You just need not to be lazy and remember that the result of your efforts will be a beautiful figure - a body that you have dreamed about more than once. First of all, you need to get rid of thoughts that you need to train in the gym until you lose consciousness or do not eat anything for days. All these are extremes, and they, as you know, do not lead to anything good. In order to find a slim body, you need not exhausting, but regular training. Muscles should always be in good shape, only in this case it will be possible to achieve the desired result. So, we will need: 30 minutes of free time, dumbbells, an exercise mat and good mood, but somewhere out there, on the horizon, a beautiful female figure (well, or a male one) is already mentally visible.

Let's get started. Legs shoulder width apart, take dumbbells in your hands. First, the body weight must be transferred to the left leg, and the right one should be bent at the knee so that the thigh is parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position, perform the exercise now with the left foot. In total, it is necessary to do 12 repetitions, the load falls on the arms, legs and abs.

Further. It is necessary to lie on your back, put your hands freely along the body, bend your legs at the knees. Raise your legs and alternately perform swings - only 24 times. This exercise is focused on training the back, triceps, abs and hips.

It is better if the program is drawn up by a specialist, but an independent refusal to consume excessively sweet, starchy, fatty and spicy foods will already be an important step forward. A beautiful figure does not mean thin, rather it is a toned athletic body, so to invent exhausting diets or not to eat at all is definitely not an option. Thus, you will not just not make yourself better, but most likely, and harm your own health.
