It is said that in a healthy body is a healthy mind. And for the body to be healthy, regular exercise is needed. And you can’t do without good physical preparation. After all, it is physical training that helps to maintain and strengthen health. Thanks to her, you can form your body, develop coordination, endurance, flexibility, strength and speed abilities. This is a kind of pedagogical process that brings up physical qualities and develops functional capabilities.
