First you need to make the dough, as it should be infused in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To prepare it, take a container, pour 400 grams of flour, a little salt, 20 g of sugar and 0.5 tsp. soda. Mix all dry ingredients.
In a separate container, put 50 grams of soft butter and 100 g of sour cream. Mix well. Just do not interrupt the oil, as it may exfoliate. Now the mixed sour cream with butter needs to be poured into a bowl with flour. Knead the dough. If it turned out too thick, add more sour cream. The dough should be elastic, not sticking to the hands. They wrapped it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, you need to peel and boil 5 potato tubers to mash. Fry the onion, and simply mash the feta cheese with a fork. When the products have cooled to room temperature, combine them. This will be the filling for the pie.
From the dough, roll out two circles or rectangles in a baking dish. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Put the first layer of dough on it.

First you need to make a dough. Pour 50 ml of milk into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. l yeast and as much sugar. Slowly add 20 g flour. Let the mass infuse for 10 minutes. Then pour the last 100 ml of milk into the same container, pour about 1.5 tbsp. flour, add two small eggs and a little vegetable oil for elasticity. Knead the dough. If it turns out to be liquid, gradually add flour and knead. Cover the container with the dough with a clean towel and keep warm for 1.5 hours.
In the meantime, boil 2 eggs and chop finely. Grate 150 g of feta cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop a bunch of herbs and one onion. Combine the filling, mix, salt to taste, pepper.
Roll out 3 cakes from the dough. On a greased baking sheet we put one layer and spread the filling. Now spread the second cake on top. Spread the filling evenly on it and cover it with a third layer. Grease the cake with the egg and put in a pre-heated oven.
Bake no more than 25 minutes. However, it all depends on the oven, so you need to periodically check the pastries for readiness. The result was a delicious and beautiful pie with feta cheese and herbs.
Add tomatoes
With tomatoes, you get no less tasty pastries. To prepare it, soften 100 g of butter and add 50 g of fat sour cream, salt and mix. In the same container, gradually add 200 g of flour. Knead the dough, wrap in cling film and set aside for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the fill. Mix 2 eggs and 150 g sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat the egg-sour cream mixture until smooth and set aside for a while.

Sift 350 g flour. Leave 50 g for the surface to knead the dough. The remaining 300 g is gradually added to the container with kefir. Knead the dough so that it sticks slightly to your hands. It doesn't have to be cool.
Take the dough for 40 minutes in the refrigerator, and in the meantime, cook the cheese filling. Rub the feta cheese (300 g) on a coarse grater, remember a little with a fork, finely chop one small bunch of greens and combine with cheese.
Divide the cold dough into several pieces. You should get about 4 balls that need to be rolled out to fit the shape. Spread the filling evenly on each layer. When they reached the last circle, decorate it with cream or hard cheese.
Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The result was a tender, tasty and beautiful pie with feta cheese on kefir.
Add meat
This cake is more nutritious and is great for a festive table. Puff yeast-free dough can be bought at the store. Need 0.5 kg. Prepare 250 g of pork and ground beef. Mix it, salt, pepper and lightly fry, so as not to dry.
Take 2 pcs. onions, chop finely. It must be fried until golden brown. Pour the onion into the container for the minced meat, mix well and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Grind 250 g of unsalted feta cheese, a bunch of greens and 2 eggs. Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator. Add the filling with cheese to the meat, mix thoroughly. Now you can preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In the meantime, grease the pan, cover it with the first layer of dough. Spread the filling evenly. Then cover with a second layer, and the edges of the dough should be greased with an egg. Pinch the edges and put in the oven. The cake is baked for about 30 minutes.
Pie with cottage cheese and feta cheese
To make this baking, you will need puff pastry. It can be purchased at the supermarket if you do not want to bother with flour. Then prepare only the filling. To do this, mash 250 g of feta cheese and cottage cheese with a fork so that there are no large lumps.
Finely chop the green onions, parsley and dill, add one clove of garlic and 100 g of sour cream. If the feta cheese is unsalted, then you can lightly salt and pepper with white pepper, as it gives piquancy to the filling. Mix cottage cheese, feta cheese and greens.
Turn on the oven, and while it is heating to 180 degrees, grease the pan with oil and place one layer of puff pastry on it. Put the filling on it, which should be distributed evenly. Cover the pie with the second layer and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
Culinary Tips
