Otherwise, it makes no sense to start. But whoever really has a dream, he purposefully goes to it. If suddenly there was a desire to touch the world of magic, you can try to start with simple tricks. These include tricks with stationery gum.
A big plus is the availability of improvised materials. However, only at first glance it seems that repeating these tricks is easy. In practice, you will have to do the exercises more than once so that the focus technique is at its best and the audience does not reveal the trick.

"Jumping gum"
There are a lot of tricks with office rubber. One of the simplest is called Bouncing Gum. In this focus, finger dexterity and pre-training are important. If desired, it will be mastered by any person. Of the attributes needed - elastic and free hands. The trick is that the elastic, worn on two fingers, after clenching the fist, jumps to neighboring fingers.
What do you need to do for this? Clerical gum should be put on 2 adjacent fingers (for example, the ring finger and little finger) and imperceptibly - on the first phalanx of the thumb. Thus, a figure resembles a triangle. Then, clenching a fist, the index and middle fingers should be quickly and imperceptibly inserted into the formed figure, and at the same time, the gum should be removed from the little finger and index. Thus, the gum as if jumping to neighboring fingers. This trick needs to be done quickly.
"Jumping gum (complicated version)"
The next focus with stationery rubber is similar to the first, but it looks more impressive. On top of the elastic band, draped over 2 fingers, one more is worn - on top of all fingers, with twisting around each. It looks more serious than in the first version, but in fact, the actions are identical to the actions of the previous focus.
Creeping Ring
To perform the “Crawling Ring”, you need the most ordinary clerical gum, a smooth ring and free hands (preferably without rings, since their presence on the fingers can interfere).
Cut the gum in one place. Take in your right hand most of the gum (about 2/3). Pass it into the ring. With your left hand, grab the rest of the tip and lift it up. Shake the gum and begin to slowly release the gum with your right hand: the ring should creep up contrary to common sense and the laws of physics. This movement is explained by tightening the gum.
"Tear the gum"
The next focus with stationery rubber compared to the above is the most difficult. It will take one elastic and free hands.
The first step is to demonstrate an ordinary gum to the viewer. The second step is completed in one to two seconds: it is necessary to stretch the gum a certain distance on the index fingers. Further imperceptibly, bending with both little fingers, press it to the palm of your hand and tighten it. From the side it should seem that you do not have an elastic band folded in half, but one. At the same time, by connecting the thumb and middle fingers on each hand and putting them together, thereby forming the letter “O”, you need to bring the elastic to your lips and make it look like you are biting it.
Step three - quietly remove the elastic from your fingers, rolling it in your palms and showing it to the viewer. The most difficult part is the second step, because at the same time you need to do several actions quickly. But it's worth it - the audience loves this trick.
