Not so long ago, in order to whip or mix any products, we used an ordinary fork, which required considerable efforts, especially if the mass had to be whipped into a thick foam. Now, mixers and blenders came to our aid, which greatly simplified these tasks. It’s not worth the trouble to make mashed soup in a blender, the recipe of which is also not too laborious. She threw the necessary products, pressed a button, choosing the necessary speed, which determines the degree of whipping, - a few seconds - and the mashed potatoes or, for example, a cocktail are ready.

Of course, in order to make mashed soup in a blender, the recipe of which will be discussed in this article, it is not enough just to whip the products. Using a blender is one of the last steps in making soup. First, some work with products. The dish that we have will be incredibly tasty and tender, you can safely call it cream soup. But first things first. So, let's cook the champignon soup puree. The blender can still be removed. To start, we will prepare the necessary products:

  • fresh champignons - 600 g;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • butter - gram 50;
  • 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • ready-made chicken broth - 500-600 ml;
  • 200 ml of cream - any fat content;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • for serving - croutons, greens.

You can start making mashed soup in a blender. The recipe is very simple, I think that this is evident from the composition of the products. And although many, looking at a soup of such a consistency, think that only a sophisticated person in cooking can cook it, in fact the whole process involves only a few simple steps:

  1. Chop the onion. Fine, but this is not so important - because subsequently everything that we do now will be ground and whipped to a cream state. Fry the onion lightly.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and add the fry to the onion. If you use not only mushrooms, but also any other mushrooms, for example, honey agarics or porcini, then it is better to boil them first, and only then fry them. You need to fry the mushrooms until fully cooked, you do not need to evaporate the resulting liquid - nothing will be lost, all the mushroom juice will go into the soup along with the mushrooms.
  3. Melt the butter in the saucepan you prepared for making the soup puree. Add flour there and fry it a little.
  4. Gently, constantly stirring, pour the prepared broth into the flour.
  5. Add the previously fried mixture of mushrooms and onions to the resulting thickened broth. All the products that are necessary in order to prepare the puree soup in a blender, the recipe of which we use, are used up. There was only cream left - they would give the mushroom soup a creamy shade of taste and color, salt and spices.

  6. Now the turn of the blender has come - thoroughly beat the contents of the pan, and then, constantly stirring, boil the resulting mashed potatoes for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the remaining ingredients and you will see how our soup has changed. Feel this fragrance! Boil it for another five minutes, and turn off the heat.
  8. One of the essential attributes of mashed soup is crackers. Fry them in advance using the oven. When serving, sprinkle crackers and chopped greens in a bowl of mashed soup. In addition, several pieces of fried mushrooms can be put on top.
