Then the result will delight all incredibly rich berry bouquet.

All harvested grapes, first of all, must be carefully sorted out, remove twigs and leaves. Be sure to discard all unusable berries. Sick or spoiled grapes can make wine sour and tasteless. Do not be surprised, but you should not wash the berries especially thoroughly. Just put them in a deep container, and then crush them in any way convenient for you. The recipe for making wine from grapes does not require any special professional equipment in the kitchen. So it’s quite possible to do with improvised means.

The resulting mass must be strictly uniform. Gently cover the container with pulp and juice with gauze folded in several layers. The fabric should be dense, not transmitting light, but not interfering with the free circulation of air. It is necessary for active fermentation. Leave the berries for a few days. As soon as the bubbles and a characteristic sour aroma begin to appear, carefully squeeze the juice through the same gauze into another container with a neck. A grape wine recipe advises not to fill the bottle completely, but only three quarters. At the same time, the container itself must certainly be clean and dry, and the neck is narrow.

Make a so-called water shutter. In the cork, which will tightly clog the bottle, punch a hole and insert the tube. Lower its other end in a container with water. Please note that the tube must be flexible enough and flexible so as not to wrinkle and block the gas outlet. As a result, controlling fermentation will be very simple. As soon as characteristic bubbles appear in the water jar, the process has begun.

A good grape wine recipe necessarily contains recommendations regarding ambient temperature. It should be in the range of 18 to 22 degrees (Celsius). Otherwise, the drink may deteriorate and become unpleasant in taste. The exact number of fermentation days cannot be said. The process depends on a large number of factors: ambient temperature, grape variety, lighting. However, there is a sure sign that the drink will be ready soon. If the bubbles began to appear rarely, then the wine can be considered almost ripe.

So that alcohol can be infused, it should be separated from the precipitate. Push the tube deeper into the bottle so that its end just doesn't reach the pulp of the berries. Use your mouth to draw fluid to let it flow. In this way, separate the wine from the precipitate and transfer it to another bottle. Make a water shutter and place the container in a cool, dark place. There, the wine should be infused for about another two weeks. As a result, the liquid should become transparent, and a light precipitate forms at the bottom of the bottle. After that, the drink can be poured into small containers and sealed tightly.

As you can see, this recipe for wine from grapes does not require much effort and money. The finished product is obtained of weak strength (about 7 degrees). But now any home feast will be decorated with a noble drink of its own production, which guests will certainly appreciate.
