The social significance of this holiday is to attract public attention to the problems of inequality and the realization of opportunities to receive education, medical care, and protection from forced marriage.
According to statistics, a third of all girls on the planet form families before they reach the age of 18. Such figures are obtained, taking into account the marriage of young brides in the countries of Asia and Africa, this does not apply to a prosperous Europe. Nevertheless, the average figures are just that.
Every child in the world should have a full childhood: to study, play, be carefree. But today's reality is that 75 million girls from different countries are not able to go to school.
Third-country girls do not receive education
Rapid population growth in third world countries is causing an exacerbation of most social problems. Poverty, difficulties with food supply and water resources, lack of fertile land - all this significantly affects the living standards of the inhabitants of these countries, their health status, and the lack of access to education.
In African countries and Asian countries, a girl is a burden, an extra mouth, they try to quickly "sell" her, that is, to marry her. Customs prescribe to have large families, therefore, even without really learning anything, the girl quickly becomes a mother with many children. About some of its further development and education in this situation, there can be no question.
The life of girls in India
The appearance of the girls on the streets of Indian cities is completely different from the one we see in the colorful films of the Indian film industry.
Despite the gradual increase in living standards and the development of civilization, women there are almost completely deprived of their rights, as they were centuries ago.
From childhood, the mentality of a future woman is laid down that she should become a good wife and sacrifice her interests to a man. The girl takes this for granted, because everything she sees around only confirms these unwritten rules.
In remote provinces, parents deprive girls of their right to life, as soon as the ultrasound shows the gender of the child. After all, if a girl is born in the family - this is real grief. From birth, father and mother will have to save money, which is already in short supply, for the dowry of the daughter. Therefore, the decision on abortion is made without hesitation. In a well-fed Europe, the problems are somewhat different. The liberal governments of various European countries, following the legalization of gay pride parades and the resolution of marriages between people of the same sex, have seriously taken up the sex education of children and even raise the question of in what form it is better to convey pornographic products to schoolchildren.
Declaring the rights and freedoms of everyone and everyone, they seem to forget about the right of children to protection from pedophilia and depraved acts against minors, that each girl is a future wife and mother, who is better to adhere to moral principles. The project has strong funding from IBM and the British Barnardo`s Foundation, which is known today for supporting gay families who want to adopt. The result of such events was that the age of sexual activity among European adolescents reached a critical minimum.

In Russia, every girl receives secondary education, it does not depend on the level of income in the family, with medical care and school meals - also complete order. Schoolgirls have the opportunity to attend various hobby groups and play sports.
