Without a juicer, you can handle it as well. To do this, cut the pumpkin into slices and put in a pan. Water is poured at the level of a pumpkin. Seeds should be removed, and pulp cut and put in a pan. She will add density to the future juice. Then this mass is brought to a boil and cooked for five minutes. Then it needs to be wiped through a sieve, and the resulting mass should be returned back to the pan. At the next stage, sugar and citric acid are added to this mass . For six liters of juice, 15 grams of acid and about 300 grams of sugar are added. You can squeeze 2-3 oranges here. All this is mixed and cooked to a boil. And then the finished juice is bottled in jars and rolled up. In these ways, you can provide yourself with a tasty and healthy product for the winter.
