Bad habit. This term is used in connection with various concepts. And one of them is smoking tobacco or tobacco products. But tobacco itself happens not only in cigarettes or cigars. There is such a product called nasvay, which is very popular in Central Asia, and now it is finding its fans in Russia very rapidly. This product also contains nicotine, as the composition of the nasvay is based on shag or tobacco. It also contains products such as hydrated lime, plant ashes (for example, flax), vegetable oil, as well as camel feces and chicken droppings. Ashes, litter and lime are added to the composition in order to change the acidity of the medium. This in turn improves the absorption of nicotine into the blood, which occurs through the mucous membrane of the oral cavity. This product can be sold in the form of small, dirty green “sticks” or “balls”. It may also be in the form of a powder or plastic mass.
Now on our streets you can meet a lot of something chewing people. Everyone is already used to it. After all, chewing gum has long been a common product, which, according to advertising, normalizes the acid-base balance. But some of these chew lovers have an unusual look. Their blush is too healthy, and their eyes shine feverishly. This is especially true for adolescents. These are not consequences of the drunk alcohol at all, but the thing here is nasva. He, like chewing gum, is put on his lower lip or cheek. And then after a while green saliva is spit out. And if this "product" gets into the stomach, then it can cause severe vomiting.
After all, the composition of nasvay is inherently the composition of a soft drug. Moreover, marijuana can also be used instead of tobacco. But even without it, this product is disastrous for adolescents. And since then, when millions of migrant workers poured into Russia, Andijan, Ferghana or Tashkent Nasvay appeared on the expanses of this country with them. In those parts, teenagers chewing green “balls” are quite common. Adults do not even pay attention to them. And in Russian schools, especially in those where there are immigrants from Asia, this phenomenon is also gradually becoming commonplace. Children adopt this bad habit, not at all aware of the consequences of squashing.
Many consider this potion a replacement for cigarettes. But this "substitute" is not at all harmless. Take at least Uzbekistan. There are many people in this country who suffer from cancer of the oral cavity. And 80% of them used this product. In addition, nasvay is even more addictive than regular cigarettes. Indeed, in addition to tobacco, binary components are also a part of nasvay. And they greatly enhance the effect of nicotine, and accordingly increase the dependence on this "product". And the “withdrawal” from him cannot be compared with the abstinence syndrome of the smoker. There are cases when students who have not consumed nasvay for a long time lost consciousness during the lessons.
But the harm from nasvay is not limited to cancers of the larynx, tongue or lip. Under its influence, teeth and their roots are also intensely destroyed. Adolescents suffer from memory impairment, they have a mental retardation and loss of poise. And the presence of animal excrement in this product can cause various intestinal infections and parasitic diseases, even such as viral hepatitis.
But although nasvay does harm to human health, it is almost impossible to fight it at the moment. After all, formally it does not apply to drugs. And drug control officers can neither delay nor hold dealers responsible for this potion accountable. And they trade it openly, along with spices in the markets of Russian cities. And although nasvay is considered a cure for smoking, in fact it is the first step to addiction. And at this time, all hope for explanatory work among adolescents. It should be carried out by both teachers in schools and parents. Otherwise, the consequences may be the most unpredictable.
