- At this time, peeled and cut into small pieces potatoes (5 pcs.). As soon as the water boils, vegetables are put in the pan. They cook for 10 minutes.
- Millet (1 glass) is washed several times in cold water or poured with boiling water for 5 minutes. Groats are added to the potatoes and cooked for another 10 minutes. Salt is added.
- At this time, frying is made from onions and carrots. Fried vegetables are added to the soup. Cooking time is 7 minutes.
