To begin with, sausage is cut into small cubes and put in a pot of boiling water. To cook this simple and rich soup you need to take: 0.3 cups of rice, 300 gr. smoked sausage, half a liter of tomato juice, medium-sized carrots, 2 tbsp. tablespoons canned peas and corn. Pour tomato juice into the pan and add a liter of water. Dipped washed rice and mix. While the rice is cooked, cut smoked sausage and carrots into cubes, lower them into the pan. Add canned corn with peas, salt to taste and leave the soup to boil until rice is cooked. A couple of minutes before cooking, chopped green onions and peppercorns are added to the pan.

For a three-liter pan you will need: carrots, 200 gr. sausages, large onion, 4-5 pcs. medium-sized potatoes, greens and frying oil. Water for soup is put on fire, and when the water boils, put peeled and sliced ​​potatoes into it. While it is boiling, they are cooking the fry - a little sunflower oil is poured into the pan, finely chopped onions and sausage cut into cubes are added. When the carrots and onions are lightly browned, put the peeled and finely grated carrots in the pan. Keep the roasting on fire for another 5 minutes, and then transfer it to the pot with soup. Boil it for another four minutes, after which it is poured on plates and sprinkled with herbs.

Very fragrant and hearty sausage soup with cheese

For cooking, you need to take: 300 gr. smoked sausages (can be replaced with ordinary sausage or brisket), 2 cream cheese, large onion, 3 pcs. potatoes, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of rice, a clove of garlic, herbs and salt. The peeled carrots are chopped on a grater, the onions are finely chopped. Sausages are cut into small rings and fry for 5 minutes. Prepared carrots and onions are added to the pan and, stirring occasionally, fry them for another 4 minutes. Put a pot of water on the fire, curd cakes are placed briefly in the freezer. When the water begins to boil, put washed rice in it, and then grated cheese and diced potatoes grated on a fine grater. About ten minutes later, when the rice is almost ready, add the roast with sausage. Sausage soup is tasted and, if necessary, salted, put finely chopped garlic and herbs in it.
