Necrophil is one of the most popular characters in horror movies. In films and books, necrophiles are represented by freaks with bloodied mouths, growling voices, and strange behavior. In fact, in real life, a necrophilia is an ordinary-looking person. You can live next to such patients for years, and not know about their deviations. Necrophilia
Speaking in a “non-medical” language, necrophilia can be called the desire for constant contact with death. There are different “degrees” of this deviant behavior, but they have one thing in common. Some psychiatrists believe that the necrophile receives sexual pleasure because the dead body maximally combines human outlines and a complete lack of will, it is completely subordinate to the rapist. All experts treat the disease differently. Some tend to regard it as an extreme manifestation of fetishism (sexual craving for inanimate objects). Others attribute the disease to an independent disorder. In any case, the features of this deviant behavior are often inherent in especially dangerous criminals (rapists, terrorists, etc., except pedophiles and serial rapists).
Necrophilia classification
So, a necrophile is a person who seeks sex with the departed.
- Some people do not make physical contact with corpses, but only colorfully dream about it. Such a person may be addicted to funeral paraphernalia, wants to strive to see and smell the flesh that is decomposing. If no actions are performed, and everything is limited to looking and fantasies, then such a person is most likely a passive necrophile.
- The history of psychiatry knows cases where men, ordering prostitutes, forced them to become like corpses, and the room in which the sexual act took place was furnished as a deceased. There are known moments when people dug up corpses and entered into intimate relationships with them . In addition, there are people (both women and men) who seek to re-engage in sexual acts with the dead. Such a necrophilic maniac (officially the stage is called "necrosadism" or "Bertranism") can quickly go through the stage of "passive" violence and go into a more terrible category.
- Killing necrophiles do not enjoy simply “communicating” with corpses. To fully enjoy a maniac, you must first kill the victim, then rape her. This form of necrophilia is often combined with the dismemberment of corpses and even eating parts of them. In both cases, the maniac prefers most often the genitals, mammary glands, sometimes the heart or tongue. Eating organs also got its name: necrophagy.
Treatment
Necrophil is a person with a deep mental disorder. Some psychiatrists try to treat the disease, but success (infrequent) is possible only in the most mild cases. Very often, necrophiles end up in jail after several crimes committed.
