Then remove the mushrooms and transfer to the pan again and pour two liters of cold water. After one and a half to two hours, the mushrooms swell and they need to be boiled in this water until tender.

To prepare a broth from fresh mushrooms, 800-900 grams of mushrooms and two liters of water are required. Fresh mushrooms need to be cleaned, washed in cold salted water and cook until tender. Boiled mushrooms can be removed from the broth and prepare sauce from them.

You need to take 30 grams of dried mushrooms, one medium-sized onion, one small carrot, one teaspoon of flour, a bunch of dill and parsley. Soak the mushrooms in water, then cut into strips, pour them with the same water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat. After 20-30 minutes of cooking, add carrots, chopped into strips and chopped onions, add salt to taste and cook until tender. At the end of cooking, fry flour in vegetable oil and season the soup. Before serving, sprinkle soup with chopped herbs.

To do this, take 100 grams of dried mushrooms (can be replaced with fresh mushrooms), 2-3 potatoes and 2 eggs, flour 2-3 tablespoons. Broth is pre-cooked from mushrooms. Then cook potato dumplings. Boil the potatoes for this. Then you need to knead it, drive in raw eggs, add flour, salt and mix thoroughly. After that, potato dumplings are formed with two teaspoons and dip them directly into the boiling broth. The soup is cooked until tender and then sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.

An interesting recipe for mushroom soup is a soup with mushroom dumplings.

Take 20 grams of dried mushrooms, half an onion, three tablespoons of flour, one egg, one tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Boil mushrooms in salted water, strain and grind in a meat grinder. Then fry chopped onions in butter, mix with mushrooms, raw egg yolk and grind.

Pour flour into the mixture, add a little mushroom broth and beaten egg white, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly a second time. Take the dough prepared in this way with a spoon and put in a boiling mushroom broth. After that, cook for 10-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add butter to the soup.

Creamy mushroom soup recipe.

You need to take 400 grams of fresh champignons, one tablespoon of flour, one tablespoon of melted butter, half a glass of cream and green onions. Pour mushrooms with 1.5 liters of water, boil mushroom broth and strain. Fry flour in butter. Then add mushrooms, flour and boil in the broth. At the end, add cream and salt to taste. When serving, add finely chopped green onions to the plates.
