The fish fillet is washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Pieces of fish, potatoes, salt and pepper, as well as fried onions and bay leaves are placed in a boiling broth. All this is boiled for about twenty minutes, after which is added the cream cheese, cut into small pieces, and cream, and all this continues to cook for another five minutes. The finished dish is ground on a blender or rubbed through a sieve, sprinkled with herbs and served hot.

For the soup you will need one salmon steak, one potato, three carrots, a glass of milk, one onion, two tablespoons of flour, half a glass of cream, spices and herbs.
