- 1 red chili pepper.
- Fresh ginger. We need a piece 3 to 4 centimeters long.

- Dark soy sauce - 4 tablespoons.
- Garlic - 3-5 cloves.
Chinese Chicken Wings Sauce
It is used as an additive to the finished dish. Component List:
- rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- soy sauce (dark) - 1 tablespoon;
- sweet chili sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- plum sauce - a third of a glass.
All components need to be mixed in a bowl and pour into a gravy boat. The sauce is ready.
Chinese Chicken Wings : Recipe
We wash the wings and, having dried, place in an enameled or glass dish.
For marinade, peel the onion and garlic from the husk. Finely chop the onion and chop the garlic in a press. Place the vegetables in a deep cup.
We clean a piece of fresh ginger, grind it using a fine grater.
Now we put on disposable kitchen gloves. Working with chili requires attention and some caution. We wash the pepper, finely chop it and send it to the dishes with onions, garlic and grated ginger.
Pour the whole soy sauce intended for the marinade. Mix the contents of the bowl. Pour chicken wings with the mixture.
We put in the refrigerator and keep them from two hours to a day. The longer the meat is in the marinade, the closer the finished dish to the original.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. We cover the form with foil. Lubricate with vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). You can use non-stick. We spread all the wings in the form and fill them with the marinade in which they were located.
Bake for an hour. It is necessary to periodically add a little hot water. The resulting juice needs to be watered with wings. If the wings burn, cover the mold with foil. Remove the shelter 15 to 20 minutes before the dish is fully cooked.
Eat by dipping chicken wings in Chinese sauce. As a side dish, you can serve boiled rice, potatoes, fresh vegetables, greens.
In the pan
A very simple way to cook wings in a pan. List of ingredients:
- 6 to 12 wings;
- on a teaspoon of paprika, grated ginger and black pepper;
- potato starch - 4 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 150 - 300 milliliters;
- salt to taste.
We will prepare the wings by removing the third joint (tip) from each wing, rinse and dry with a paper towel.
After this, we rub the workpieces with salt. You can do this on a flat surface or in a voluminous cup - whichever is more convenient. Mix dry seasonings and starch in a separate bowl. Send wings here. Each fragment is carefully rubbed with starch, there should be no untreated places.
Fry in a pan with a thick bottom and high sides. Pour the oil into the frying pan. We regret it, when you hear a slightly noticeable hiss, we send the wings into boiling deep-frying. We spread them in small portions so that each is well-fried. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
We take out the finished portion of the wings on a dish covered with paper towels. This helps to remove excess fat from Chinese chicken wings. Serve with any sauces or garnish.
