  3. If you use your own corn leaves instead of foil, wrap the peeled cobs with leaves, and tie the fruits with one of the leaves or a rope.
  4. Place the corn on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

At 4 ears, prepare 8 slices of bacon, 120 grams of salted butter, a small bunch of fresh cilantro, 1 lime, salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Cut the lime into 4 parts. Remove the zest with one of them with a fine grater.

  3. Mix lime zest, herbs and oil in a bowl. Grind everything with a spoon.
  4. Grate each clove of lime juice with one juice. All grains should be saturated with them.

  6. Spiral each fruit into two slices of bacon.
