The recipe for its preparation is quite simple, but over time, gourmets came up with several non-standard options, no less tasty and healthy. Cranberries contain a lot of useful vitamins and minerals, which contributes to a speedy recovery and strengthens the immune system. So how to make cranberry juice?

Cranberry juice. Recipe number 1. Standard

One and a half liters of water will need:

- a glass of cranberries;

- granulated sugar to your taste (whoever loves).

Cranberries must be carefully sorted and washed in a colander under running water, then the berries must be steamed for two to three minutes in boiling water, after which the cranberries are kneaded with a wooden spoon and left on the fire for another five to ten minutes.

Next, you need to get all the berries and rub them through cheesecloth or sieve. Let the juice drain into the pan. When all this boils, sugar should be added to taste. Instead of sugar, you can use several tablespoons of honey - it is also very tasty and healthy. Give the fruit drink two hours to brew, and he is ready.

For 2 liters of water you need:

- 2 cups of fresh, ground in a meat grinder cranberries;

- granulated sugar to taste.
