Vladimir was born on December 25, 1947 in Moscow. From 1966 to 1967 he was a student at the Faculty of Translation at the Morris Torez Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. Vladimir Petrovich Kondratiev began his work as a journalist from television back in 1972. But Boris Berezovsky caused him doubts. The most important thing in this story is that Vladimir Petrovich does not regret it a bit. Indeed, in the near future he had the position of observer of the information service and he traveled the whole world.
