Hot chocolate is a fragrant sweet drink that will not only give a boost of energy in the morning, but also warm you with long winter evenings. It is prepared on the basis of milk, cream or water with the addition of sugar and a variety of spices. With vanilla and milk

- 0.5 l of cow's milk (preferably fatty).
- 4 tsp fine cane sugar (as much as possible).

- 450 ml cow's whole milk.
- 250 g of bitter natural chocolate.
- 50 g of cane fine crystalline sugar.
- 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon.
The cream is combined with broken chocolate and heated in a water bath. In a separate container combine milk, cinnamon, cocoa and sugar. All this is brought to a boil, insisted, filtered and combined with cream. Almost finished hot chocolate from cocoa powder is re-sent to the fire, and then poured into ceramic mugs.
With coffee and citrus zest
This recipe will certainly be appreciated by those who have a slow cooker. To play it you need:
- 1 liter of whole cow's milk.
- 250 g of dark natural chocolate.

- 1 tsp high quality instant coffee.
- 100 g of fine crystalline white sugar.
- Β½ tbsp l shabby orange zest.
- A pinch of ground nutmeg.

All this is cooked in the βStewβ mode, and after twenty minutes they are supplemented with the remaining milk, coffee, citrus zest and ground nutmeg. - 20 ml of water.

- Egg and pinch of nutmeg.
Starch, sugar and cocoa are bred in a small volume of milk. The resulting solution is supplemented with a raw egg and shaken thoroughly. All this is poured with warm milk and sent to the stove. Three minutes later, hot chocolate from cocoa powder is combined with spices and ground almonds and poured into cups.
With liquor
This fragrant drink is perfect for completing a romance evening. To cook it, you will need:
- 2 tbsp. l good cocoa (dry).
- 150 g of natural dark chocolate.
- 4 tbsp. l fine sugar.
- 4 tbsp. l high-quality liquor (chocolate).
- 600 ml of fresh cow's milk (preferably fatty).
Milk is poured into any suitable saucepan and placed on the stove. Once it boils, cocoa and broken chocolate are added to it. Immediately after dissolving these components, sweet sand is poured into the general container. All this is whipped with a mixer and poured into cups. Before serving, each portion is supplemented with a tablespoon of chocolate liquor and decorated at your own discretion.
With sour cream
This unusual and fairly high-calorie drink is prepared using a very simple technology. Before starting the process, see if you have in the kitchen:
- 1.5 tbsp. l good cocoa (dry).
- A glass of sour cream.
- 2 tbsp. l fine crystalline white sugar.
Sweetened sour cream is combined with cocoa powder, mixed until smooth and heated over low heat. Immediately after the appearance of the first bubbles, the drink is poured into thick-walled cups and served with homemade muffin.
