GP-5 gas masks are manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation, although there are older models that were produced back in the days of the USSR. These gas masks are intended for individual use and protect important human organs from various toxins, microbes, poisonous gases and other harmful substances that may be in the air.

If the gas mask fits snugly to the face, there are no gaps anywhere, then it is chosen correctly and will be able to fully protect the wearer from polluted air. But before you start using a gas mask, you should check its suitability. If the mask has slight cracks or punctures, the glasses of glasses are broken or damaged, and the gas mask box has dents, then such a gas mask is considered unsuitable and is strictly forbidden for use in unsafe environments.
Practical application
The selected gas masks GP-5 are used in the following positions:

Care and storage recommendations
In order for the GP-5 gas masks to serve for a long time, it is necessary to adhere to some simple rules. For instance:
- storage is only possible in a special bag, assembled to avoid any damage;
- you need to store a gas mask at a distance from heating appliances;
- storage of protective equipment in damp rooms, as well as near moisture, is not recommended;
- from dust and dirt, in the first place, it is necessary to protect the intercom membrane, inspiratory and expiratory valves;
- Do not touch the outside of the unit with unprotected hands after exiting a contaminated environment.
