Lunch - this is one of those meals that determines the body's work for the rest of the day. Therefore, it is important to eat not only tasty and satisfying, but also properly. In order for the body to work like a clock, you must eat soups for lunch. Cooking them is quite simple, and a large number of recipes will help diversify the diet.
Recipe (with photo) of peasant soup
Ingredients:
- The chicken is alone.
- Potatoes - 8 pieces.
- Parsley - half a bunch.
- Millet - 200 g.

- Carrots - 500 g
- Meat broth - 0.5 l.
- Red onion - two heads.
- Coriander is a teaspoon.
- Oil - 50 ml.
- Ginger root - 4 cm.
We start cooking:
- All the ingredients necessary for the recipe for mashed soup, we must clean, wash and grind into fairly large pieces.
- We take a stew-pan, pour vegetable oil into it and put it on the fire. After the oil has warmed up, dip the onion, cut into half rings, into the stewpan.

Recipe
Let's start with the preparation of products, from which we will cook the first dish with mushrooms and cream cheese according to the soup recipe we have taken:
- Chopped carrots and onions in small cubes and simmer in butter for 15 minutes.
