In March 2014, in the vicinity of Birobidzhan, local activists of the Stalkers movement discovered a rake creature. This is evidenced by two videos posted on the Internet. In the first video, Rake screams, and in the second, the guys face him almost face to face. A more accurate location of the creature is the abandoned workshops of the Dalselmash plant.
I must say that this is not the first appearance of Rake in public. At the moment, several evidence has accumulated of a meeting with this creature. We will tell about them below, but for now we will talk about who Rake is. So let's get started.
Definition
Rake, or Rake Man, is an extremely thin humanoid creature with sharp long claws, which is why it got its nickname. Information about him is rather scarce, as it is believed that the authorities specifically hide everything and destroy any documents mentioning his name. Like Thin Man, Rake is a popular hero of scary stories. For many people, the names of these creatures are synonymous. This is actually not the case.
Who is a Thin person?
To avoid confusion, let's talk a little about this creature. Witnesses describe him as a man wearing a black funeral costume. He is very thin and can stretch his body and limbs to an incredible length. He is also able to grow tentacles from his back, becoming similar to Dr. Octavius from the picture Spider-Man.
As you can see, the Subtle Man and Rake are two completely different creatures that should not be confused. Now we turn to the description of evidence of a meeting with Rake.
History
In the summer of 2003, a number of mysterious events took place in the northeastern United States associated with a humanoid mysterious creature. At first, they interested the local press. Newspapers were full of headlines: "Rake - a creature from outer space or a person?", "Attack of a humanoid on a person", etc. But then everything suddenly died down. For unknown reasons, most of the creature’s network and print descriptions were destroyed.
Initially, people saw him in a suburb of New York. When confronted with this creature, witnesses experienced a variety of emotions. In some, Rake caused indescribable horror and fear, while in others - children's curiosity. And although the printed versions of their stories are no longer available, their memory is still alive thanks to some participants in those events.
In 2006, they began looking for evidence of the existence of Reiki. They managed to collect about two dozen documents (from the XII century to the present day) from four continents. The stories were very similar. Below we give a few excerpts from their book, which is scheduled for release in the near future.
1691 year. Ship log entry
“He came to me in a dream. I felt his gaze with my whole body. He took everything. Now we need to leave for England. We will never return here again. So asked Rake - a creature from the other world. "

“It was the greatest horror in my life. He comes as soon as I fall asleep. He has black and empty eyes. Rake is a creature that just pierces its gaze. He has a slimy, wet hand. He tells me ... (hereinafter illegible text). "
1964 year. Suicide note
“Before I die, I want to soften the pain that I will cause this act. I ask no one to blame for this, except for Rake. For the first time I felt his presence as soon as I woke up. This is the strangest creature I have ever seen. His gaze and voice are terrible. Out of fear, I just can't fall asleep. Suddenly he will come again. I'm afraid I might not wake up. Farewell".
This note was found in a wooden box. There was also a pair of blank envelopes and a short letter:
“Dear Linnie, I prayed a lot that Rake would not come to you. The creature uttered your name. "
2006 Certificate
“Three years ago we went with our family to Niagara Falls. Returning home very tired, we packed the children and went to bed immediately.
I woke up around 4 in the morning, straightened the sheet and accidentally woke my husband. Turning to me, he sharply pulled up his legs. And he did it so quickly that I almost fell out of bed. It's good that he managed to catch me.
After half a second, I understood the reason for his strange reaction. At our feet was something that looked like either a hairless dog or a naked man. Of course, I knew that there were strange creatures in the world, but I did not think to encounter one of them live. His position was very unnatural, as if after a car accident. For some reason, I was not at all afraid. On the contrary, she was worried about his condition. At that moment it seemed to me that it needed our help.
In the blink of an eye, the creature crawled up to my husband and began to look into his eyes. All this went on for about half a minute. Then it touched his knee and ran out into the corridor towards the nursery.
I screamed and jumped out to protect my children. Once in the corridor, I noticed him crouching along the wall about six meters from me. I will never forget this piercing look. The creature's body was covered in blood. I turned on the light in the nursery and saw my injured daughter Clara. While my husband and I tried to help her, the creature ran down the stairs. Our daughter’s last words were: “His name is Rake.”
The husband picked up his daughter in his arms and carried her to the car to take him to the hospital. But on the way, the car fell into the lake. He died too. In our small town, this news spread pretty quickly. The police wanted to help us, and the press showed remarkable interest in us. However, my story was never published, and local television did not react at all.
My son and I could not return home. And the next few months we spent in a hotel near the parental home. But to find the answers, I decided to return. With great difficulty, I managed to find a person from a neighboring city with whom the same story happened. We met and discussed our misfortunes. He knew two more people who had seen Rake.
We spent about two years looking at sites that described unusual creatures, trying to find references to Reiki. But not a single source had a detailed history or description of the consequences of its activities. Only in one diary were three pages devoted to the subject.
Sometimes there were times when Rake appeared to one person several times. He even spoke to someone, as was the case with my daughter. It made me think that the creature had already visited us before.
Every night I sleep with the recorder turned on, and in the morning I listen to the recordings. Apart from my tossing and turning in a dream, I hear nothing. But one day a piercing voice came in the headphones, the voice of Rake. I am very scared. I don’t even wish the enemy that strange creatures like Reik appeared in his life.
Since he took everything that was dear to me, I have not seen him, but judging by the record, he was in my room. And now I am afraid every day. I'm afraid to wake up and feel his piercing gaze. ”
