During a fire, there is a need for instant and centralized actions to prevent a negative situation. For this, as well as preventive measures, a control and receiving control device was developed in automatic mode by fire extinguishing means and S2000-ASPT sirens.

The control control device has the ability to prevent the spread of open fire over a certain area of the premises, into which extinguishing materials will be supplied at equal intervals or all at once. In automatic or remote mode, it controls a fire extinguishing device that uses powder, gas or aerosol.
According to the instructions, ASP2000 has the ability to receive instructions and transmit disturbing information to network controllers of such types as S2000 and S2000M or the Orion complex. The unit receives and processes information signals from detectors that can operate in an independent, manual or active type of power. Carries out management activities with sirens based on light and sound capabilities. It takes control of the engineering equipment of the premises, including ventilation. S2000-ASPT monitors the performance of an automatic open fire extinguishing system, monitors sirens of all types, receives information from door sensors and pressure signaling devices.
System features
The automatic fire extinguishing system has a built-in function to transmit information such as fire and malfunction to the control panels of the fire extinguishing duty. It is used as an addressable unit in the jointly integrated Orion mode. To increase starting chain directions, it is used with the S2000-KPB system. The S2000-ASPT device operates in the field of fire alarms with an autonomous or centralized mode of protection of buildings against fires.
The device is subject to restoration work, can be serviced, has the possibility of repeated use, is controllable and has multiple functionality.
This system is powered by two options:
- The main source is an electrical network of alternating current voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz.
- As an alternative power source, two rechargeable batteries with 12 V voltage with a serial connection circuit can act.
The operating instructions for S2000-ASPT indicate that the system has the ability to work around the clock. The device is not recommended for use when exposed to aggressive environments.
Technical specifications
The C2000 fire extinguishing system covers one open fire extinguishing zone with its functional resources. Equipped with three alarm loops. In its branching, it accommodates 8 switched circuits per single ignition area.
Together with the S2000-KPB devices, it includes about 97 outputs in its structure for activating automatic fire extinguishing installations, without them there is only one exit.
The control of sirens with a light base is provided by three outputs. At the same time, the display is equipped with the characteristic signals “EXIT / DO NOT ENTRY / Automation is disabled”. For sound sirens there is one output with a "Siren" signal. Engineering equipment, according to instruction S2000-ASPT, has one output.
The control circuits received 10 inputs in the design of the system. They include:
- 3 alarm loops;
- 1 door chain;
- 1 sequence of start sensors in manual mode;
- 1 input circuit universal pressure switches;
- breakdown of the automatic fire extinguishing installation is controlled by a circuit with 1 input;
- serial bunch of electronic identifier readers - 1 input;
- RS-485 shell - 2 inputs.
The operating temperature of C2000-ASPT is from 0 ° C to +55 ° C. It has overall dimensions of 310x254x85 mm and weighs about 8 kg.
Operation and safety
For the normal functioning of the entire system, work is necessary with connected and fully charged rechargeable batteries.
After unpacking the equipment, you should pay attention to the absence of mechanical damage and check the presence of all parts of the kit by visual inspection. Before activating the device, it must be left in storage under normal conditions for a day.
During installation and operation of the device, it is worth observing the operating instructions for S2000-ASPT, as well as adhering to safety measures when working with electrical installations.
Direct installation, inspection, maintenance and other manipulations with the device must be carried out by persons with the appropriate safety qualifications.
Fire extinguishing system connection
Connecting the device includes the task of changing the configuration of the data by connecting the computer to the common line interface. The following is a connection to the S2000-ASPT battery and AC power. Wait until the system is powered on. Using specialized software, start a scan of devices on a computer, select the device found and start the program for changing configuration parameters, activating the option “Configuration record”.
Also, according to a certain scheme, external circuits must be connected to the terminals mounted on the device.
Preparation for operation
In order to start working with the S2000-ASPT device, you need to familiarize yourself with the control capabilities, indication signals and technical data of the device in advance. In order to avoid the negative consequences of the operation of the device, a verification test should be carried out on the performance of all system nodes.
