French cuisine has a huge number of dishes that have earned love all over the world, becoming an integral part of the menu of expensive restaurants and experienced housewives. These are ratatouille, croque-monsieur, mushroom cream soup, creme brulee and, of course, brisol. The recipe for this dish is not familiar to every Russian person. But surely, many people at least once tried it in a cafe. Brizol has its own cooking features, and with recipes you can experiment as your heart desires, adding the most seemingly unusual foods to them.

As for the recommendations, it is worth noting the high calorie content of the dish. It is much larger than that of simple chops, as eggs, flour are present in the recipe, and the meat itself can be fat, for example, if you choose pork. Of course, Chicken Brizol will be easier. So, if you need to maintain a diet, this dish is not recommended.
Traditional brizol recipe
First of all, you will need to cook a meat pancake in an omelet, and then already stuffing for it. The classic recipe includes the following ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 50-70 g of minced meat (you can mix beef and pork in a ratio of 1: 1);
- flour;
- cooking oil for frying;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- water or milk in an amount that will fit in half an egg shell.
Now about how to cook minced brisol:
- Mix the egg with salt and spices, add milk or water and beat until smooth.
- Pour flour into a plate, put the minced meat gathered in a ball on top. Press it gently to get a flat circle.
- Turn the pancake over, ram it to become even thinner, but at the same time make sure that it does not tear.
- Grate the minced meat with flour.
- Transfer the meat base to a plate with beaten egg. Turn over so that the liquid mass completely envelops the "pancake".
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, but not too much. Transfer the minced meat along with the egg mass and fry over low heat until it is browned and covered with a crust on both sides.
- Put pancake on a plate. Stuff the meat base and roll it into a roll.

Chicken and Mushroom Recipe
Very tasty and at the same time simple dish. The following products are used as ingredients for this brizol recipe:
- 700 g of chicken;
- 400 g of fresh mushrooms;
- 2 onions;
- 5 eggs;
- 200 g mayonnaise;
- 4 tablespoons of flour;
- herbs, spices - to taste.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in a pan until cooked. Combine the eggs and mayonnaise in a plate, beat, then add spices, sifted flour, chopped fillet and fried mushrooms with onions. The next step in a step-by-step recipe for brizol is the preparation of the filling. In a pan, fry the onions, seasoning it with salt and spices. You will need processed cheese. It just needs to be cut into small pieces. Mayonnaise or ketchup, or even mustard, can be added to this filling. Cheese and onions are stacked on each slice of brizol along one edge, and it is rolled up. It should be tight enough. Start from the edge on which the filling lies. Next, put the rolls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can top them with some sauce to enrich the taste of the finished dish. Bake until golden brown. At a temperature of 180 degrees, it will take about a quarter of an hour.
