The Inkerman wine factory is located near Sevastopol, in the tunnels of old quarries. The company was founded in 1961 and at first was engaged only in the production of table fine wines. Since 1967, the plant for the production of fortified products began to function. The plant works according to standard technology, producing high quality products. Raw materials are supplied to the enterprise from twenty Crimean farms. Then it undergoes appropriate processing and is sent for storage to the basements. This is one of the most important stages of wine production. At a temperature of 12-16 degrees, the prepared mixture stands in oak barrels for 2-3 years (depending on the type of drink). It is here that the future wine acquires its main flavoring properties. A large staff of experts constantly monitors compliance with technological regimes, trying to conduct the production process in accordance with international norms and standards. Since 1980, the company has been operating a research laboratory, which is engaged in the development of new types of products. Production is developing, and since 2000, about 45 different wines have been produced under the new Inkerman brand name.

The company is gaining strength from year to year and is gradually entering the world market. In recent years, its geography has changed significantly.
Crimean wine "Inkerman" is supplied not only to various cities of Ukraine, but also to Russia, Germany, Poland.
