To brew Oolong green tea according to traditional customs, we need pottery. We take a clay teapot, rinse with boiling water, then pour dry leaves into it to 1/3 of the volume and fill it with hot water (temperature about 80 degrees), and almost immediately drain this liquid, not letting it brew. Fill it a second time and leave for a few minutes. Then we pour it into a special clay vessel. All tea is ready, you can drink it with sugar, milk, cream.

Some Oolong brew up to 40 times, but the average norm for this grade is 10-15 times. High-quality Oolong green with excellent taste and rich colors. It cannot be confused with other tea, unless, of course, it is brewed correctly.
