Tea with ginger and lemon, of course, has advantages not only because of the benefits that its components carry. The unique taste and aroma will make you make the drink again and again. Truly - this is what will help bring comfort to any environment.
Making tea with ginger and lemon is very simple. There is no best recipe for cooking; here you are given a wide scope for a fantasy flight. For the simplest tea, you only need water, ginger, lemon and sugar, but you can add honey, cloves, cinnamon and pieces of fruit to taste. So, consider a few recipes as a good example.
Classic tea with ginger and lemon
To prepare one cup of drink (200 ml) you will need:
- 20 g of fresh ginger root ;
- a few slices of lemon;
- 2 tsp Sahara;
- 200 ml of hot water.
To maximize the taste of our drink, grate the fresh root on a fine grater. You can do the same with lemon. For those who prefer a milder taste, it is recommended to cut ginger and lemon into thin slices. Put all the ingredients in a glass, pour boiling water and let it brew for a few minutes. Serve tea with ginger and lemon can be hot or cold. To make the drink even more useful, brown sugar is often used instead of white or completely replaced with honey. Having conceived tea with ginger, honey and lemon, add honey at the end when the drink has cooled a little. This will help preserve its beneficial properties, which it loses at high temperatures.
Green tea with ginger and lemon

I admit, I never miss the opportunity to make a drink according to my favorite recipe. This time we will not include leaf tea and lemon, and replace the boiled water with hot milk.
