We will need:
- chicken bouillon;
- one carrot;
- bulb;
- half of bell pepper;
- half a small head of fresh cabbage;
- five medium potatoes;
- tomato paste, sauce or tomatoes (frozen and canned are also suitable);
- cooking oil for frying;
- sugar to taste.
Spice:
- salt;
- Bay leaf;
- a bunch of fresh herbs;
- a few peas of allspice.
Cooking method
- Throw chicken breasts or fillets in cold water. Remove foam after boiling. Salt, add peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook the meat for 40 minutes over low heat, then remove it from the pan.
- Cut the potatoes, rinse and toss into the broth. Cook another 10 minutes.
- Pour oil into a pan and fry chopped onions with carrots. It is enough to hold them for a couple of minutes over medium heat.
- Add tomatoes and peppers. Simmer until soft.
- Add chopped cabbage to the potato broth. Cook for about 7 minutes.
- Next, add the roast. You can put a pinch of sugar. Try it, if necessary, add a little salt. Boil another 10 minutes over low heat.
- Free the meat from the bones and return to the already prepared cabbage soup. Bring to a boil and turn off. Cabbage soup should be infused for half an hour.

Cabbage soup without roasting

Take the products in the same quantity as in the previous recipe.
- Cook the broth. In the water, along with the meat, put the onion, carrots and peas of black pepper. Salt.
- Chop cabbage, potatoes and bell peppers.

- Put the slow cooker on the "Extinguishing" or "Frying" mode. Pour oil into a cup and put onions with carrots.
- Next, add cabbage, potatoes and meat. Fill with water. Throw peppercorns and salt. After that, change the mode to “Soup”. Cooking time is 50 minutes.
- After the signal, put the tomatoes, herbs and bay leaf. Extra time - 15 minutes in the same mode.
