But even if you don’t have mashed potatoes, you can boil several potatoes specially for these fragrant cutlets.
Such zrazy with mushrooms are deservedly considered one of the most delicious and satisfying, and you can cook them literally in a matter of minutes. For the filling, it is advisable to use fragrant forest mushrooms - they are often frozen or dried, leaving in reserve. But if you do not have such a wonderful ingredient, do not be discouraged - the zrazy with champignons will turn out to be no less tasty.

In the meantime, start preparing the toppings for future meals. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms, be sure to dry and chop too.
Heat half of the prepared vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Now add the mushrooms and cook the mixture over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. At the end, salt and pepper the filling to your liking, remove from the stove and leave to cool.

First you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients, namely:
- 1 kg of minced meat;
- large onion;
- carrots;
- a few cloves of garlic;
- 400 g of porcini mushrooms;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- egg;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- a handful of flour.
By the way, you can take any meat for cooking zraz: chicken, pork or even beef. In general, rely entirely on your taste.
Cooking method
Peel the mushrooms, wash thoroughly and cut into thin slices. Prepare vegetables the same way. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, and chop the onions in small cubes. Then fry it all with a minimum amount of oil. The process will take about 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper the mixture to your liking, remove from heat and let cool.
