For the first time , third-generation American Chevrolet Captiva SUVs were presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 2013. The updated crossover has changed not only externally, but also inside. However, if you look at the predecessor, the new product has not undergone so many changes, but the updated Chevrolet Captiva deserves attention. So, let's take a closer look at this brand of SUV.

As for the first unit, it is able to develop a capacity of 167 horsepower with a working volume of 2.4 liters. Its torque at 4500 rpm is 230 Nm.
The second gasoline engine has more advanced features than its smaller counterpart. The new six-cylinder engine is able to develop power in as many as 249 horsepower with a volume of 3.0 liters. The torque of this unit at 7000 rpm is 288 Nm.
The four-cylinder diesel engine has a capacity of 184 horsepower and a working volume of 2.2 liters. As for the torque, the diesel engine is an absolute winner: despite its low power, its torque is as much as 400 Nm, and this is at 2000 rpm. All three units are equipped with two gearboxes in six stages: automatic and mechanical. In terms of fuel consumption, the new American has every right to be called economical, since it is 8.5 (12.2 for a 249-horsepower engine) liters per hundred kilometers in a combined cycle.
Cost
As for pricing, the new Chevrolet jeep will have almost the same cost as the previous generation of SUVs - about one million rubles.
