  • creamy fresh butter - 130 g;
  • large chicken egg - 3 pcs. (if small, it is better to take 4 pcs.);
  • table soda, small iodized salt - a pinch;
  • chilled boiling water - 200 ml;
  • sifted white flour - 1 full glass;
  • Parmesan and Dutch cheese - 100 g each.

Custard cheese rolls are made very easily and simply. To do this, pour chilled boiling water into a saucepan, put butter on it and warm it up a bit (until cooking oil is completely dissolved). Further, stirring constantly, it is necessary to pour fine salt and white flour into the mass. As a result, you should get a viscous mixture, well departing from the walls of the pan. After that, in a slightly cooled base, you need to alternately break the chicken eggs, pour in the grated cheeses and mix everything thoroughly.

Cheese rolls should be cooked in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. To do this, you need to take a baking sheet, line its surface with parchment paper, and then with the help of a spoon moistened in water, put the semi-finished products on a sheet, leaving a distance of at least 5 centimeters between them.
