So, the disability certificate must have clear records of the attending physician (this can be a doctor at the place of residence or a private doctor, but certainly with a seal and license number), including both the employee’s data - address, place of work, full name, birth data, and in a clear handwriting written diagnosis. Such a certificate is issued for a period of three days, that is, the patient - in case of extension of the sick leave - must again visit the doctor and take the next certificate.

In this case, it is also mandatory to come to the hospital every three days, before the end of the illness, for help. Depending on whether one child is sick or several at once, as well as on how old the patient is, for whom care is required, the conditions for obtaining sick leave vary. With a child under 7 years old, the parent has the right to stay all the time, until complete recovery. Up to fifteen years - only for 15 days, however, taking into account the nature of the illness of the child. So, if he is sick with blood poisoning, has a tumor (malignant) or severe burns on his body, then the sick leave can be extended, but by decision of the commission. And with children after 15 (or adults), the opportunity to take sick leave is reduced to three calendar days. In this case, an extension is possible - also by decision of the commission. In addition, in case of illness of several children at once, one general disability certificate is issued to them.
