Kurnik is a very tasty pie, extremely popular in Slavic cooking. It is appreciated for its nutritional value, excellent gastronomic qualities, and the originality of the filling. Of course, there is an original pie recipe, classic. But cooks and housewives are creative people, and the original version has long been improved by all sorts of additions.

- Filling. For meat, we take medium-sized meat of chicken or several chickens, boil in salted water until tender, free from bones and skin. You can leave it in this form, finely chop. The main thing is that there is a lot of meat, it's a meat pie! Then porridge. Boil two hundred grams of buckwheat by adding salt, seasonings, etc. Fry mushrooms in a pan with onions (100-150 gr, chopped) until cooked.The classic recipe for a chicken puff pastry recipe allows the use of white, champignons, and indeed any variety that is at hand. Luke should not be sorry. You can add a little crushed garlic at the end. Then put the porridge in the mushrooms, mix, leave it on fire for a couple of minutes. Then turn it off. Also boil hard boiled 3-4 eggs, crumble. Pepper each type of filling, sprinkle with your favorite spices, seasonings, but do not overdo it!
- Now we collect our dish from puff pastry. Roll one sheet of puff to such a diameter so that it is larger than the leaf cases. Roll out the second sheet, even a little more. First place, for example, in a pan or baking dish. Pre-grease the surface with vegetable oil. Edges raise up. Put the first shamrock. Mix eggs and meat, put on a shingles. Put the second pancake on top. On it - minced porridge and mushrooms. Again the cloak and meat. And so on until one of the ingredients runs out. Now we cover the pie with a second sheet of dough, pinch the edges, and grease the βlidβ with a beaten egg.Everything, you can put the pan or pan in the oven.
