- 80 g radish;
- pepper;
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar (3%);

- 2 grams of soda;

Knead fresh dough from flour and water. Roll it thinly, cut like homemade noodles. Boil in salted water until tender. Cut the meat into small pieces, fry until crusted. Chop onion and radish finely. Next, fry with the meat. Do not forget to salt and pepper in the process. After that, send the chopped garlic, tomato puree into the frying, pour the broth. Then fill the noodles with sauce and serve.
Tajik
Tajikistan has its own national soup. It is called nahudshurak. To prepare it you will need:
- a pound of carrots and the same amount of potatoes;
- 1 kg of lamb;
- two onions;
- salt;
- half a glass of chopped cilantro;
- 2 cup chickpeas;
- Red pepper.
First chop the meat large. Pour in three liters of water. Bring the meat to a boil. Cook over low heat until cooked. Soak for 4 hours chickpeas. Finely chop the onion at this time. Send chopped onions and two whole carrots to the meat.
Half an hour before being ready, throw the whole peeled potatoes into the pan. Next, take out the prepared carrots, meat and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into slices, and the meat and carrots into slices.

In this country, onion soup is national. Such a meal may seem quite simple. But this is not so. How to cook it? You will need:
- three onions;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 200 ml cream (10%);
- 1 tbsp. a spoon of flour;
- a glass of broth;
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
- 150 grams of hard cheese;
- spice;
- 150 ml of wine (pink or white);
- 50 grams of butter;
- baguette.
Peel the onion first, chop. Send it to languish in a pan. At this time, chop the garlic at random. Take another pan, heat it with butter. Send the garlic there. Next, send the onion there too. Stir it with garlic, butter. Stew the dish over low heat. After pour the wine and continue to simmer.
When the wine is respected, add flour there (1 tbsp. L.). Mix the components together. Then pour in the broth. Mix everything again. Then pour the cream, mix, cook over low heat until smooth. Add spices at the end.
After grate the cheese. Next, cut the baguette, brown the pieces in the oven. Take the baking dish. Pour soup into it, put crackers in it, sprinkle with cheese. Then put the dish in the oven for eight minutes.
