Lemonade is a wonderful refreshing drink, the taste of which is familiar and loved since childhood. But if once “Pinocchio” and other types of lemonade were made on the basis of natural fruit and berry juices, now there is so much “chemistry” in them that from the former sweet water there are practically only names left. Mineral water lemonade

Pour soda into each glass, put 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and pour in a tablespoon of juice. Stir to dissolve the sugar. At the bottom of each glass, lower a circle of citrus fruit. You can serve. From the lemon you need to remove the zest, grind with a half glass of sugar. Pour in the juice obtained from half a lemon (large, or maybe whole). Pour a glass of white wine and boiling water there. The recipe for homemade lemonade from lemon with ginger root is good because it not only quenches thirst and delights our taste buds, but also has a beneficial effect on the heart, gastrointestinal tract, and normalizes metabolic processes. Moreover, honey is also part of the components. In a word, not a drink, but some solid vitamins. You will need water (3 liters), honey (1 glass, preferably liquid), ginger root (size - 7-8 cm), as well as 4-5 lemons (those who like a brighter flavor - for those 5). If it seems sour, increase the amount of honey. The root is ground on a grater (do not forget to peel!), Juice is squeezed out of lemons. You can use a juicer. Boil water and add juice and root to it. Let it heat for 10-12 minutes on a small fire, then turn off and pour in the honey, stir. When your refreshing homemade lemonade has cooled, fill it with glasses of ice. As a piquant component, put a couple of leaves of mint in boiling water - the drink will have a wonderful fresh aroma.

Tea Lemonade
And finally, another very simple, affordable, tasty and healthy recipe. There will probably be green tea in your home - in pure form or with various additives. Any variety that you like best is suitable for this lemonade. Brew 4-5 cups of tea (bag in a glass), pour into a jug. Squeeze the juice of 3-4 lemons, add to the same. Mash and toss a few mint leaves. In tea, by the way, you can put sugar or honey to taste, but you can do without them. Dilute with 2 more glasses of boiled water. Wait for the drink to cool and drink it to your health!
