Apples are also preferred to choose sweet. Enough 3-4 pieces. Still need about 100 ml of homemade fruit or grape vinegar and an incomplete glass of sugar. Cooking
First, cut the pumpkin and apples into small cubes. Pour them with vinegar and leave for 10 hours. Stir occasionally so that the pickling process occurs evenly. After the set period, we discard everything on a sieve and let the vinegar drain. At this time, boil water with spices. A signal of readiness is a clove that has surfaced on the surface. We load the apple and pumpkin in boiling liquid and boil the Austrian compote over medium heat for about 7 minutes. When the drink is brewed, cover the saucepan and wrap it with a towel.
Serving to the table
