Baked chicken legs in the oven with sour cream and mushrooms
So that sour cream does not lose its appetizing appearance and does not curl, it is better to cook the sauce with the addition of flour and butter.
Ingredients:
- chicken legs - 5 pcs.;
- champignons - 300 g;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
- oil cl. - 30 g;
- spice;
- dill, parsley, cilantro;
- vegetable oil for the pan.
Procedure for cooking:
- The washed and dried legs (if the legs are large, you can separate them) put in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on all sides until crisp, but not until tender.
- Cover the baking dish or baking sheet with foil, place the legs on it. Sprinkle generously with flavoring seasonings for chicken.
- Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent in the same pan where the chicken was cooked.
- Cut the champignons (but not finely), send to the onion and bring everything to a slightly golden color.
- Add mushrooms and onions to the legs.
- Pour the chicken with sour cream sauce and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-50 minutes (depending on the size of the legs).
- Cover the legs cooked in sour cream in the oven with foil or a lid and then heat for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
Before serving, you need to sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley and cilantro.
Preparation of sour cream sauce:
- In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until slightly golden.
- Add butter and melt, stirring constantly and dissolving in flour.
- Pour in sour cream and, stirring, heat over low heat until the desired density (if necessary, can be diluted with boiled water).
- Add finely chopped dill, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
Chicken legs baked in garlic cream sauce with cheese crust
Ingredients:
- chicken legs - 5 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- butter - 30 g;
- flour - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
- salt, pepper, seasonings - to taste;
- dill.
Process description:
- Cut the legs into two for quicker cooking. Dry with a paper towel, sprinkle with spices and pour in sour cream and garlic sauce for an hour (it can be longer, even at night).
- For further cooking in the oven, put the legs in sour cream in a foiled form, cover with a lid or foil (you can also use a baking sleeve) and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
