But you can cook it at any time of the year, at the festive table, for example, or just to pamper your loved ones. The recipe for non-alcoholic mojito at home exists in several versions: in the classic one, when, in addition to mint, lime and soda, only ice and sugar are used, as well as with various fruit additives (raspberries, strawberries, apples, kiwi or grapefruit).

For a glass of Sprite or another lemon carbonated drink you need to take 1 lime, half a bunch of mint, a tablespoon of brown sugar (you can take ordinary or do without it at all) and a lot of crushed ice (they need to fill a glass for 2/3 of the volume) .
Before preparing the drink, it is also recommended to cool the glasses in which it will be served. In them, you need to put washed mint leaves on the bottom, add sugar (if used), as well as half a lime, cut into slices or cubes. Then the contents of the glass should be thoroughly mashed with a pestle (or spoon). Next, crushed ice is added there, the remaining lime (one slice will be needed for decoration), pour "Sprite" and served. A glass for cocktails must be placed in a glass (2 can be). Decorate everything to your taste. Instead of "Sprite" you can also use tonic or sparkling mineral water. The ingredients for 1 serving will need the same as in the previous recipe (only lime will be enough and half), and you also need to take 1 ripe kiwi. It is mashed with a blender, adding a little mint and sugar. Then, the remaining mint and lime are placed in a chilled glass, knead all with a pestle, pour the mixture from the blender, add ice and fill in with tonic or Sprite.
Non-alcoholic mojito recipe at home with strawberries or raspberries
This version of the drink is most relevant for the summer period, when the garden and the beds are full of fresh berries. However, in winter you can replace them with frozen ones and also treat yourself to a tasty and healthy treat. Before making a non-alcoholic cocktail "Mojito", the berries need to be thawed and the excess liquid drained from them. For half a lime, take 10 leaves of mint and the same amount of raspberries (5 strawberries are enough), a teaspoon of brown sugar, 100 ml of tonic and crushed ice to fill the glass almost to the top.
