After a few minutes, we send the shredded onions and the chopped white leek there. We cook everything, having covered with a lid, for a third of an hour.
We return to the carrots and beets: we peel them from the skin and rub on a grater. As soon as the potatoes are sufficiently softened, we get the parsley and celery root from the stewpan. Add pepper and salt to taste, pour in the lemon juice and spread the carrots with beets. Lean beetroot

- 460 g of beets.
- Large root of carrots.
- 3/4 cup lentils.
- 3-4 g of black pepper.
- 3-4 g oregano.
- A couple of bay leaves.

We spread the chopped beets in the stewpan, add the grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle vegetables with oregano, rosemary, add bay leaves and pour 1.8 liters of hot water. Cook everything under the lid for about 20 minutes. Beets should reach full readiness during this time. Pour the lentils and cook for another 5 minutes. Before serving, take bay leaves from the pan. Beetroot soup on meat broth
Having prepared beetroot soup on the broth, you will get a very satisfying and tasty dish that can easily satisfy your hunger. Ingredients that you will need:
- A pound of beef on the bone.
- 2/4 cup beans.
- 5 potato tubers.
- Large beets.
- Carrot root
- Bulb.
- 140 g of tomato.
- 60-70 ml of vinegar.
- A few pinches of salt.
- A pinch of pepper.
In order for the beans to cook faster, soak it in water for several hours, preferably at night. We prepare the broth: pour 3 liters of water into the stewpan, spread the meat, slices of peeled carrots, a whole onion, bay leaves. If desired, add a few branches of greenery. Let it boil and cook under the lid until the meat is completely ready. We get it with the help of a slotted spoon and cut it into portioned pieces, set it aside.
Remove the peel from the potato, cut it randomly and lower it into the broth. Add the grated beets. We stew the tomato in a pan along with vegetable oil and also send it to the stewpan. After the potatoes soften, spread the beets, pieces of meat and pour the indicated portion of vinegar. Bring to taste with salt, add a couple of pinches of pepper. Serve with sour cream.
Beetroot diet

We put the potatoes and beets in a bowl and fill them with water. Leave for about an hour. Then boil in a pan directly in the peel until fully cooked. We disassemble and clean the beets. We fill whole root vegetables with two liters of water, add lemon juice, sugar and send to cook. We return it to the broth and leave it on the table so that it absorbs the aroma of beets and acquires a characteristic taste.

- Half a chicken.
- 2 beets.
- 5 potato tubers.
- The middle root of carrots.
- 2 onions.
- A pair of garlic cloves.
- 30 g of tomato.
- 2-3 g of salt.
- A pinch of pepper.
- Bay leaf.
First, we do chicken: wash it and cut it into portions. We put the meat in a saucepan, pour 3 liters of water and cook at low boil for half an hour. Peel the potatoes and chop them with cubes. Remove the husk from the onion and chop the thin rings, then chop them in half. We clean the beets and carrots. We cut each root crop into strips. We take out the finished chicken from the stewpan using a slotted spoon and separate the meat.

First we send potatoes and half beets to the broth. Cook for several minutes. Pass the onion until golden, then add the remaining portion of beets and chopped carrots to it. Cook until vegetables are tender. Then we put bay leaves, a tomato in a pan and pour a little water to make the sauce consistency more liquid. Cover with a lid and cook for a small boil for about 15 minutes. Pour the finished dressing into a stewpan with broth, toss the pepper and bring it to taste by putting salt. Boil for another 6-8 minutes, add crushed garlic and season with herbs if desired. Leave on the table for a quarter of an hour, pour into plates and serve soup. Hot beetroot with chicken meat is ready.
Kefir beetroot

- 3 beets.
- 3-4 eggs.
- 3 medium cucumbers.
- 240 g of sausage.
- A glass of sour cream.
- 4 cups kefir.
