Pour half a liter of odorless vegetable oil into a saucepan or stew-pan and warm it well. Dip strips of breast into batter for chicken and dip in oil. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Put the finished stripes on a wide dish lined with a paper towel. After excess oil drains from them, you can serve a dish for serving: put a wide plate on lettuce leaves and nicely place chicken pieces on them.
