From minced meat you can cook a lot of hearty and healthy dishes. Casseroles, meatballs and meatballs are made from it. But breaded cutlets are the most tender and delicious, the recipe for which can be found in today's article.
Pork option
This versatile dish goes well with almost any side dish. It is usually served with mashed potatoes, pasta, friable long-grain rice, or fresh vegetable salad. It is prepared using simple technology from inexpensive and readily available ingredients. - 700 grams of pork pulp.
- A pair of onions.
- A few slices of stale white bread.
- A pair of medium raw potatoes.
- Egg.
- 100 grams of semolina.
- Salt, aromatic spices and vegetable oil.
Process description
Washed and dried pork cut into large pieces and scroll through a meat grinder. In the same way do with peeled vegetables and bread previously soaked in milk. All this is combined in one bowl and a raw egg is added there. The resulting mass is salted, seasoned with spices and mixed.
Pieces of the right size are pinched from the prepared meat and give them the desired shape. Then each cutlet is rolled in breadcrumbs of semolina and sent to a heated frying pan. Fry products for several minutes on both sides.
Beef Option
A dish prepared using the technology described below contains a minimal amount of fat. Therefore, it can be considered dietary. Such an appetizing breaded cutlet will surely please those who count every calorie. To build a delicious and fragrant dinner, in advance stock up on all the necessary ingredients. In this case, you will need:
- 300 grams of beef tenderloin.
- 150 milliliters of cow's milk.
- 200 grams of chicken.
- Onion.
- Clove of garlic.
- 100 grams of white bread.
- A tablespoon of low-fat sour cream.
- Salt, any spices, breadcrumbs and refined vegetable oil.
Sequencing
The washed meat is cut into not very large pieces and twisted into minced meat. In the same way do with onions and a loaf soaked in milk. Crushed garlic, salt and spices are added to the resulting mass. To give a more delicate structure, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and sour cream there. All mix well until smooth.
Small pieces are nibbled out from the resulting meat with wet hands, they are given the desired shape, bread crumbs and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cutlets are baked in breading in the oven, heated to standard temperature. Fifteen minutes later they are turned over and returned back for another quarter of an hour.
Chicken Option
This recipe is interesting in that instead of the usual crackers or traditional semolina, potato chips will be used. Thanks to this, the made dish will turn out to be unusually juicy and tender. - A pound of chicken.
- A pair of cloves of garlic.
- Onion.
- A pair of potatoes.
- 70 grams of loaf.
- Salt and refined vegetable oil.
To give the finished dish more juiciness, you can add a little lard or beef fat to the minced meat.
Cooking technology
Pre-washed and dried chicken fillet is ground through a meat grinder along with peeled onion and soaked loaf. All this is salted and thoroughly kneaded until smooth.
With the moistened hands, the necessary pieces are separated from the resulting stuffing and the patties are formed. Then chicken cutlets are rolled in a breading, consisting of raw grated potatoes, and they are sent to a hot pan, in which there is already a little vegetable oil. Fry products for several minutes on each side. Then cover the pan and juicy and flavorful patties are steamed lightly. The finished dish is ideal for both an adult and a children's menu.
