Sitting on a chair with a straight back, with effort, roll the ball along the entire foot, trying to gradually increase the force of pressing. You can make circular movements, trying to cover the arches of the foot. Perform 20 rotations with each foot.

4. Walk around the room, trying to step on the outside of the feet, alternating this walk every 10 steps with walking on toes. Hands on hips, back straight, breathing arbitrary.

5. It is recommended to do self-massage of feet. You need to start with transverse warming strokes, moving to more intense massage movements from top to bottom. Massage for 3 minutes each foot.

6. Therapeutic exercises also include barefoot walking on grass, on the ground, on the sand. Slow "conscious" walking on an uneven surface helps strengthen the muscles of the feet, activates the blood circulation processes, and therefore improves the entire mechanical system of the legs as a whole.
