The recipe for whites, like a grandmother and not only

Surely many are familiar with the taste of those whites that were baked by a beloved grandmother or mother. Today there is no great need for their oven, because you can cook an already finished product. Only now the taste of purchased whites still does not compare with the home. In addition, modern chefs are used to save on everything: they will either put less meat, or replace part of it with something else. So it’s best to cook on your own without sparing any meat or any other products.

Although many have tried this yummy, they still don’t know how to make white meat. This is what we are going to talk about now. To begin with, I note that there are several recipes, but all of them can be conditionally divided into two groups: those that are prepared from yeast dough, and those without. Culinary experts even got to the point where they came up with a recipe for lazy whites. But first things first.

Whitewash N1 Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups of water, 20 g of yeast, flour, 50 g of butter, minced meat, 1 head of onion, salt, sugar, pepper.

Preparation: dilute sugar in a small amount of water and add yeast. Let the last one come up. We heat the water a little (so that it is warm), add the suitable yeast, butter, salt to taste, and a little more sugar. Pour the flour gradually and knead the dough. We cover the dishes with a towel and put in a warm place. When the dough is doubled, mix it gently and put it into heat again. At this time, we prepare the filling: minced meat (pork or beef) is mixed with finely chopped onions, add pepper, salt and a little water to taste.

From the approached dough we form small balls. We take the ball and roll it out a little, put the minced meat in the middle and bend all the edges in the center to make a round bun. We make sure that there are no holes anywhere, otherwise the minced meat will lose juice and will be dry. So do the rest of the balls. Leave them alone for a few minutes so that the dough fits a little. Fry the whites in a large amount of boiling vegetable oil.

Whitewash N 2 Recipe : Lazy

Ingredients: 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp soda, slaked vinegar, minced pork or beef, onion, salt, pepper.

Preparation: beat eggs, add slightly warmed milk, salt, sugar and soda to them. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. We heat the pan, after pouring the vegetable oil. Pour the dough (as if we were going to bake pancakes), spread the minced meat on top and fill it with a layer of dough. Fry until fully cooked.

Recipe for Whitewash N 3

Ingredients: 200 g margarine, 1.5 cups kefir, 2 eggs, 4-5 cups flour, salt, soda. Beef and pork meat, onion, pepper, salt.

Preparation: grated frozen margarine and mix with flour. Add beaten eggs, kefir, salt to taste, soda (without quenching with vinegar) and knead a cool dough. Put it in a plastic bag for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cooking the minced meat: we pass through a meat grinder one part of pork, two parts of beef and a head of onion. We beat in the egg and add a small amount of water, salt and pepper to taste.

We take out the dough, make balls out of it. Each ball is slightly rolled out, put the minced meat in its middle and wrap the edges so that in the end we get a triangle. To make the filling juicy, you need to pinch the edges tightly. Fry the whites in boiling vegetable oil on both sides.
