Stuffed brisol is a magnificent and very tasty dish that came to us from France. In appearance it is an egg pancake with minced meat, which can be equipped with various mouth-watering fillings. The dish is suitable for breakfast as well as for a light dinner.
What is a brizol?
The meaning of the word βbrizolβ can be explained as a technique for frying thin pieces of meat, possibly chicken or minced fish, in a beaten chicken egg, omelet or batter. A French dish is also prepared from chicken, meat or fish minced meat, having previously formed it into a small cake. The result is a kind of egg pancake, which is stuffed with meat, fish or poultry.
According to the cooking technique, the brizol is somewhat similar to Slavic pancakes with spices. The more experienced the cook preparing the dish, the more even, neat and plastic the egg pancake turns out.
