Getting to the scrambled eggs
We again donโt do very noble with the loaf: we cut out the whole bread crumb in a circle of its slices. By the way, the crumb can be fried in a pan on both sides, as is done with a hollow piece of loaf.
Beat the eggs slightly, and cut the tomato into small cubes. Mix eggs with tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt.
Wet the pan a little with lean oil and over medium heat bring the sliced โโloaf slices to golden.
Pour the egg and tomato filling inside the loaf and fry, as in the first recipe, on both sides. Ready for a wonderful and quick nutritious breakfast.
Sausage
Products for cooking fried eggs in a sausage loaf:
- Slices of loaf - the width of each bread slice is about one centimeter. The quantity is calculated individually.
- Sausage - the number of sausage circles in units of bread.
- Chicken eggs - one for each serving.

Cooking method
Cut boiled sausage into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. If your dish uses semi-smoked or smoked sausage, you can add it to the scrambled eggs without frying. It is permissible to use sausages and sausages in the recipe.

Scrambled eggs in a loaf with sausage and cheese can be supplemented with any suitable ingredients. You can add fried onions and even pieces of boiled potatoes to the recipe. Everything that is suitable for cooking simple scrambled eggs fits perfectly into scrambled eggs cooked in bread.
Required Products:
- eggs - two pieces;
- garlic - two cloves;
- two slices of loaf;
- cheese - thirty grams;
- any sausages - fifty grams;
- butter - twenty grams (instead of butter, it is quite possible to use lean without aroma);
- do not forget about salt and spices.
Cooking method
Chop and sausage in butter with chopped garlic.
Cut the bakery product into wide slices (two centimeters). Remove the crumb from the bread. Fry bread frames on both sides.
In each prepared piece, you need to put the finished stuffing of sausage and garlic. Top the filling with the egg. You can use beaten eggs or pour one whole into each piece. Be sure to salt the fried eggs at this stage of cooking.
Grind cheese with a grater of any fraction and sprinkle it with fried eggs. Cover the dish for one to two minutes. Turn off the stove and arrange on plates.
