Apples and pears
Not only dried apricots or prunes are perfect for this drink. When it comes to dried fruit compote, the DOW routine often also contains ingredients such as dried fruits of apples, apricots, or pears.
We will take the most common of them. Ingredients for 1 L:
- dried apples - 150 g;
- dried pears - 80 g;
- raisins - 100 g;
- sugar - 80 g;
- citric acid - 2 g;
- drinking water.
Having washed all the fruits well, we send them to the preheated water one by one. The first are dried pears. They boil for about 1.5 hours. After an hour, apples, raisins, citric acid and sugar should be added to them in boiling water. All together continues to prepare another order of half an hour. It is recommended to leave the finished drink overnight so that it can be infused.
