A huge number of brewing companies, most of which are located outside the Russian Federation, failed, however, to overshadow the activities of the factory that produces the famous Klinskoe beer. It should be noted that this drink is rightfully considered the most common and affordable.
A bit of history
“Klinskoe” beer, the price of which even today remains one of the most affordable (75 rubles for 0.5 liters), is the first brand of domestic beer drinks. The history of the brand itself dates back to 1975, when a source with real artesian water, still used in the technology of making the drink, was discovered in the city of Klin. If we talk about design capacity, then at the time of opening and beginning of development of production, it amounted to 0.4 million decalitres per year. Of course, today these numbers have increased significantly. In the early eighties of the last century, employees of the plant visited the city of Benesov (Czechoslovakia) in order to exchange production experience in order to improve Klinskoe beer. The result of this visit to a colleague plant was the emergence of local recipes. It is noteworthy that Klinskoe beer is distinguished by a specific feature of the technology - when brewing, grains of rice are added to it, which greatly softens the bitter aftertaste characteristic of this drink. The brand itself was registered in 1981 and is still known by its name. However, the name of the plant was renamed in 1992 as a result of corporatization. Today it is CJSC Klinsky Combine. In the course of the long-term history of the plant, various varieties were developed that characterize modern Klinskoe beer.
Composition
Despite the various arguments of the envious and the machinations of competing firms, the production of the Klinsky combine continues to flourish. Various beer drinks produced have their regular customers. This is largely due to the composition, which, for example, has Klinskoe beer, light. It is based on pure artesian water, malt and hops of the highest quality, as a result of which the expectations of even the most sophisticated lovers of an alcoholic drink will be justified. It is worth paying attention to light grades of light beer, which differ not only in mild taste, but also in a pleasant characteristic aroma.
Beer segment
It is noteworthy that the drink of the Klinsky combine is the main segment among these products on the market, which makes it accessible to people of any income. However, this does not mean at all that in the line of the plant you will not find more "luxury" options. For example, varieties such as Samurai or Arriva belong to the so-called maximum class, as they are distinguished by their exquisite recipes and bottling in special bottles made of a special type of glass. As for the technical relationship, as well as the equipment used, the Klinsky Combine today rightfully occupies a well-deserved place in the line of the best breweries among the "colleagues" of Western Europe.
