Bring the water to a boil. Boil a small head for 6 minutes. We check readiness with a fork. We get out of the pan, let the water drain. For convenience, you can put cabbage in a colander.
Fry the onion in olive oil - it should become golden brown. Add rice, greens to the pan. Fry for a couple of minutes, not forgetting to stir.
Mix the minced meat with tomato sauce, add the egg and spices. Pour cooled rice with onions. Mix everything thoroughly.
Put the cabbage on the foil. We fill each sheet with a small amount of minced meat and collect the heads of cabbage from them. Gently crush it from all sides so that it takes its original form. Although cabbage with minced meat will still look a little thicker.
Wrap stuffed head of cabbage in foil. At the base of it we make small notches and put it in a refractory dish.
Add favorite seasonings to the meat broth. The resulting mixture is poured cabbage. Put in the oven for 60 minutes. Every 15 minutes it is advisable to get cabbage and pour over the broth. Having taken out the head of cabbage, remove the foil from it. We spread it in a deep container and fill it with broth.

The following ingredients are required for cooking:
- champignons - 150 g;
- white cabbage - 1000 g;
- chicken fillet - 250 g;
- butter - 30 g;
- cheese (grated) - 2 tbsp. l .;
- buckwheat groats - 100 g;
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- sour cream - 6 tsp;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l .;
- spice.
Cut the stalk of the cabbage, slightly boil. Separate the leaves and cut off at the base of each thickening.
Boil buckwheat for about 20 minutes and add butter to it.
Boil 2 eggs.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in butter. Add onion and pepper to the pan, simmer everything over low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
We cut mushrooms into thin plates and also fry in oil. Then mix with the finished chicken and grind everything in a blender. Add buckwheat, chopped egg and sour cream to the resulting mashed potatoes. Now you need to mix well again.
Beat the second egg with a fork, also add sour cream. We take a conical bowl, grease it with plenty of oil and line with cabbage leaves so that they hang slightly on the sides. We will cover stuffed cabbage with these edges. Leaves in the places of imposing on each other are greased with an egg with sour cream.
We spread the filling in a small layer on the cabbage. Above is a layer of leaves and again meat. We continue this alternation until we use all the products. Lubricate the last layer with an egg with sour cream. Now completely cover it with cabbage leaves. Turn the bowl over onto a baking sheet, top of the dish also grease with sour cream and egg.
We heat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for about an hour. In 15 minutes until ready, put another layer of egg and sour cream on the cabbage, then sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Such stuffed cabbage looks like - the photo confirms it - very appetizing and festive.
Cauliflower with minced meat
Essential Ingredients:
- hard cheese - 120 g;
- onion;
- cauliflower - 1 pc.;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- minced "Home" - 300 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- mayonnaise.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add the egg to the minced meat, as well as the fried onions and spices. We mix everything.
We clean the head of cabbage from the upper leaves, cook it for about 10 minutes. We get out and let cool. We stuff the head of cauliflower completely and evenly. Lubricate abundantly with mayonnaise and let it brew for a couple of minutes.
Lubricate the baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 200 g. Bake cabbage for 40 minutes. To determine readiness, just pierce the head with a fork.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle them with cabbage. We return the stuffed cabbage to the oven for another 10 minutes. Everything, the dish is ready to serve!

- pulp of tomatoes - 1/2 kg;
- onions - 3 pcs.;
- celery and parsley - 1 bunch each;
- cabbage - 1 head of cabbage;
- olive oil, pepper and salt.
Remove the stalk from the cabbage. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. After we spread the head in a colander to make the glass water. We clear the pepper from the seeds, cut into slices. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water. After a couple of minutes, cool in ice water and peel them. We cut tomatoes, carrots, onions, mix, sprinkle with oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Boil rice - it is important to slightly undercook cereals. Add it to the vegetables. Finely chop the greens. Now gently bend the cabbage leaves from the middle to the edges. Between the leaves we spread the vegetable filling. Be sure to tie the head with twine so that the filling does not fall out. We send the cabbage to the pan.
Fill the head with broth, add the pulp of tomatoes and salt. Bring to a boil and remove from the stove. Now we shift the cabbage into the form, pour the sauce and put in preheated to 180 gr. the oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Stuffed cabbage is ready! Serve sprinkled with herbs.
